The first method involves chemical extraction, which involves careful pH adjustment with acidic or basic reagents. We also use enzymatic extraction. This cutting-edge technology utilizes natural enzymes to break down organic matter into its essential components. 2.3 How often do you update your products ?

We recognize the importance of continuous material development in order to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Based on fundamental principles, our research has determined that a molecular weight below 3000DA is optimal for crop absorption. All of our products align with this criterion.

G-Teck's R&D efforts are a substantial investment, comprising 30-40% of our income. Presently, 90% of our organic input materials fall within the range of 200DA to 3000DA.

Our R&D programs are divided into short-term and long-term projects, each serving different purposes. The short-term projects involve the development of basic formulas. Specifically, in 2022, we successfully developed Soy Protein Organic Nitrogen 16 and Organic Nitrogen 17. In 2023, we achieved another milestone with the creation of Chitosan Ca Liquid.

However, our long-term projects are more challenging and require extensive research and development. For instance, we have discovered that crops secrete proline as a defensive mechanism when facing adversity. This has inspired our experts to pursue the production of 100% pure proline, which poses significant difficulties. This ambitious endeavor has been in progress for many years.

2.4 Do you support OEM/ODM manufacturing? Can you make different kinds of formulas for us?

Yes, G-Teck has been doing our best to satisfy different kinds of requirements from global clients. each kind of special formula, the stable test should be done first. especially for the chemical reaction test to avoid some dis-respectable reactions or some insoluble matter occurring, especially for some liquid products. Meanwhile solid ones disrespect slow release ones, all need to be tested first to make it 100% being guaranteed.
Meanwhile, the formula itself for the content should be negotiated with us first. such as the crops it is going to be used for. Take for example, tobacco leaves and cannabis sativa which should be avoided with chloride.
Also the water condition of the input area should also be considered, especially for some humic acid based liquids, if the water is hard( contains Ca2+ and Mg2+) that should avoid normal humic acid, but to use higher leveled humic acid+. Some input should be considered with macro elements or micro elements. while for some skin kind of fruits such as banana, grapes Ca2+ should be considered as same level with macro elements, Amino acid chaleted with Calcium is strongly recommended.

2.5 How about your production capacity?

Due to our comprehensive utilization of energy resources, our production capacity is not only strong but also efficient. By optimizing our production processes, we have been able to consistently produce 500 to 1200 tons of high-quality organic material per month. With state-of-the-art equipment and a skilled workforce, we ensure consistency in our production while maintaining the highest standards of quality control throughout the process.

2.6 What kinds of package can you offer ?

Each product comes with its unique packaging requirements. Chitosan oligosaccharide is typically packed in 20kg, 25kg or smaller quantities, and it can be found in drums, paper cartons, or other suitable containers.
Other materials are usually packed in 20kg or 25kg raw material bags. At G-Teck, we offer a range of packaging options for all our products, including 500g, 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, or even jumbo bags. We can also provide customized packaging solutions based on your specific needs.

2.7 Can you make liquid products? How about the package?

Yes, we can customize liquid fertilizer formulations to meet various requirements. We offer a variety of packaging options, including bulk packaging such as big bags or flexible bags, as well as smaller sizes such as 1L, 5L, 10L, 20L or 200L containers.

3. Quality Control

3.1 How is your quality control process?

Quality Assurance (QA) is critical at every stage of our company, from raw material sourcing to final product. Once raw materials arrive, quality inspectors conduct a thorough quality check to ensure they meet the highest standards.

4. Logistic

4.1 How about your lead time?

Samples usually take about within one week, while bulk shipments take 10-15 working days to arrive at the port.

4.2 Is the product need CIQ legal inspection by the customs?How long would it take?

Some of our products need to meet CIQ requirements, especially products with more than 5% NPK content. However, we have made significant improvements to the CIQ process and it now takes about a month to complete.

5. Agriculture Application

5.1 What kinds of agriculture crops can be used for?

Our products are suitable for a variety of crops. However, from an economic point of view, we recommend focusing on high-value crops such as apples, grapes, bananas, durians, cotton, flowers, etc. We recommend discussing specific details and requirements to determine the best product for your particular crop.

5.2 Are there any products of yours can be used as feed addictive?

Yes, beside the using of the organic fertilizer. There are many clients asking for this question. We mainly suggest the products that used the enzymolysis technology for feed addictive.

They are listed as following:

Soy protein 95, Corn Protein 42, Fish protein; seaweed extract; Chitosan oligosanccharide etc.

Protein fertilizer can be directly fed to animals for protein addictive. And some clients use seaweed extract for agriculture shrimp feeding. And some clients use bio fulvic acid for cows feeding.

Corn Protein is mainly suggested for poultries feeding:

Soy Protein 95 is suitable for cocks,cows, lamps, shrimp feeding; Feed additives: the general addition amount is 40-120 kg/ton; Aquaculture: use 230-730kg per Ha of water surface, about 3-5g/m3.

Fish Protein is mainly for shrimp feeding and normal cattle/cows feeding. Feed additives: the general addition amount is 30-100 kg/ton; Aquaculture: use 15-30kg per mu of water surface, about 3-5g/m3

Seaweed extract polysaccharide also can be used as feed addictive. Feed additives: The general addition amount is 30-100 kg/ton; Aquaculture: Use 15-30kg per Ha of water surface, about 3-5g/m.

Chitosan oligosanccharide is very special with others, it could be used both in biological veterinary medicine field and feed addictive.
