After Sale Service

For G-teck’s customers a purchase is the first step, not the last, in a long term relationship. Providing good after-sales service shows our customers that we want to build a long-term relationship, earning their loyalty and keeping their business. After-sales service starts from the moment our customer has made their decision to buy, even before you've completed the sale transaction. After-sales service includes service at point of sale, such as:

  • Thanking customers for their business
  • Confirming sales or delivery arrangements verbally or by e-mail or letter
  • Ensuring customers have G-teck’s contact details and that we have theirs
  • Adding customers to business mail or e-mail lists
  • Suggesting related or additional products or services


From our experience with LED lights, we know how important the quality of LED lights is, and we are always trying to work out better solutions and effects for our development and customers' better usage.

We are dealing with worldwide businesses. All of our items are designed for export to Western countries, so we use only high quality materials and electronic parts; they all pass UL, RoHS and CE certification to ensure a lifespan of 7-10 years.

In the years to come, we will continue to do our best to satisfy customers' demands, and we are always offering the best service and reasonable prices to ensure dealers’ profit margin.

A 2 year guarantee is provided for all LED lighting equipment if installed and used correctly and maintained properly. During the guarantee period G-teck is only liable for damages that can be related to production malfunctions. G-teck will offer repairs or replacement of products during the guarantee period. If a product is improperly used or damaged, it cannot be covered under the guarantee.

If a product is damaged and not covered by the guarantee, G-teck can offer to repair it at a cost.


With after-sales service, customer relationships do not end with the conclusion of a transaction, but are maintained for a product’s entire duration of use. Unfortunately, solar companies, especially in developing countries, grant after sales service much too little importance. This is fatal, as substantial deficits in after-sales service are currently one of the reasons for solar products’ negative image among large portions of the population in rural regions. Poor after-sales management is, notably, not compensated for by other positive factors, such as first-class quality. Service realized after sales is decisive in a product’s success or failure and in customer satisfaction.

G-teck has taken the consequences of this and we offer:

  • Customers will always be directed to experienced technician in case of technical issues.
  • All contact data of technicians are updated.
  • G-teck will always give sufficient information on energy saving accessories (bulbs, batteries).
  • We inform about warranty and warranty periods for the product and components.
  • In case of a warranty claim, call our offices or send an e-mail
  • We always tell the customers about how to adequately maintain the system.
  • We recommend and offer to take over customers’ old batteries.
